Wedding Programme

The Goddard Arms Hotel holds a Civil Marriage License enabling you to marry and celebrate in one venue. All three of our function rooms are licensed for civil weddings, including our Oak Panelled Pleydell Suite, which hosts up to 30 guests.

• The Goddard Suite is a very impressive room, with its own private bar facilities and caters for numbers between 80 and 170 for a sit down reception, and up to 180 for an evening buffet reception
• The Lawns Suite is a modern, air-conditioned, self contained room featuring its own private bar facilities and caters for numbers between 20 and 75 for a sit down reception, and up to 80 for an evening reception

Wedding programme includes:

• A red carpet to welcome the Bride & Bridegroom
  
• A delightful arrangement of fresh flowers, in the colours of your choice, on each table
  
• A 50% reduction for children under 12 years
  
• A Toastmaster to toast the Bride & Bridegroom
  
• Silver cake stand and knife
  
• Top table dressed with Crystal & Silver and decorated to complement your chosen colours

• Your choice of Three Course Wedding Breakfast accompanied by two glasses of Wine per person during the meal

• Complimentary Dinner for two on your First Anniversary

The Perfect Ending - Complimentary Overnight Stay for Bridge & Bridegroom in one of our Luxurious Suites including Breakfast the following morning.

Preferential Accommodation Rates

Preferential hotel accommodation rates are available to guests attending the Wedding Reception. All our spacious rooms are superbly finished and feature a private bathroom, remote control television, tea and coffee tray as well as direct dial telephone.
